Weekly Meal Plans
I joined Weight Watchers several weeks ago and as part of doing that I decided that I would start planning out our dinners. Now at first I wasn't sure how easy it would be to stick to this but it really has been much easier than I thought. Now N and I have a unique problem in that neither one of us can ever decide what we want for dinner. And this is not an issue of each of us wanting different things. This is an issue of neither of us has strong feelings for eating one thing over another. It's not a bad problem to have but thankfully... meal planning has solved this for us!
My good friend of ours, A recommended that we start posting our meal plans. I thought this would be a fun idea. So starting this week, I'll post what our plan was and how we did. Now we're only planning meals for Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are free game for spontaneity and eating out. :)
